About Furry Butts

We're Shane and Kamila Walsh, and we run a family pet shop in Blessington. Our doors opened on 1 February 2026.

We cater for all pets, tiny to large, furry to furless. Our family has worked in the pet trade for about 70 years, across three generations.

Pop in for a look or a chat. If you need a cuppa, the kettle is always on. You'll find us next to the Moody Rooster café.

Meet Shane and Kamila

We have a deep passion for animals. Over the course of our marriage, we've owned and looked after nearly every pet you can think of.

We moved to Blessington in 2022 and never looked back. This community welcomed us with open arms and smiling faces.

Meet the family

Our family is Kamila, Shane and our 9 pets. We've dedicated our lives to these little guys, and we are each other's happiness.

A letter to the people of Blessington

We moved to Blessington nearly four years ago, and you welcomed us into the community with open arms.

We started Furry Butts Pet Goods on 1 February 2026. The response we've had from the community has been overwhelming, to say the least.

You have brought so much joy into our lives. We promise you that you and your pet will come first. We are here to have a peaceful and fulfilling life, and we are blessed to spend it with you.
